Jan White
Jan has been painting most of her life. She was influenced at an early age by her father who also was an accomplished artist.
It was due to that influence that she entered the Fine Arts program at the University of Manitoba where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts.
Jan is married with 2 boys and 2 grandchildren. During those early years she considered herself a ‘weekend artist’ but now with retirement and an ’empty nest’ she is devoting more time to her art.
She works solely in oils and considers herself mostly a landscape artist.
